I am not one to make new years resolutions. I find it sort of cliche and feel I am just setting myself up for failure. However, there is something refreshing about hitting the reset button and approaching life from a new, fresh perspective. I am no different today than I was on December 31st, except for perhaps a little more reflective (at least for the time being), but I would like to reflect the rest of the year from the outside. After reading about Sarah Smith, a British woman who committed to drinking a gallon of water every day for a month, I am determined to do the same. Not only did it make her feel better, but it had a dramitic effect on her complexion. In just 30 days, she went from dull to radiant. Her reflection in the mirror tells all.
Drinking lots of water has been proven to not only help with your skill, but has other benefits for headaches, digestion, and even your energy level, but to me the photo above says a million words. Drink up!
